No refunds will be issued for any reason UNLESS you purchased the insurance offered through the registration platform. Any registration may be transferred to a future edition of the event or to another event organized by Les Événements Topchrono Inc., subject to availability and approval by the organizers.

I acknowledge that my registration is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, my registration will be automatically transferred to the next edition.

BIB POLICY

No bib deferrals will be granted to a future edition.

Distance changes or bib transfers are allowed up to one (1) month before the event. After this deadline, they remain possible but will incur a fee of $15 + taxes per transaction.

RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that participating in a trail or road race involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to: natural or artificial obstacles, as well as changing terrain or surface conditions (ditches, gaps, streams, rocks, trees, roots, stumps, mud, water, etc.). I have been informed of these risks and I accept them knowingly and voluntarily.

HEALTH AND ABILITIES

I certify that I am in good physical and mental condition, and that I have no medical condition or physical limitation that could compromise my safety. I am the sole judge of my ability to participate in this race, and I do so freely and knowingly.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONSEQUENCES

I accept and fully assume all responsibility for the risks associated with my participation, including the possibility of: bodily injury, death, material damage, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event.

Therefore, I waive all liability of the following parties: Événements Topchrono Inc., Municipalité de Val-Morin, as well as the event organizers and sponsors, for myself and any person under my responsibility registered through this form.
